Delivery & Shipping Information
Express Delivery
Your order will be delivered within 1 day (24 hours), from placing the order and making the payment in full. Delivery times range from 10AM – 10PM daily, you will be contacted before the delivery is made to select the most suitable slot for you. Should Bitware be late in making the delivery beyond the 24 hours, the customer can request to only be charged the Standard Delivery rate.
Standard Delivery
Your order will be delivered within 2 Days, from placing the order and making the payment in full. Delivery times range from 10AM – 10PM daily, you will be contacted before the delivery is made to select the most suitable slot for you.
Local Pickup
Pickups are to be made from Hamad Town, once you place the order you will be contacted and we will schedule a suitable pickup time.
Saudi Arabia Shipping
A flat rate of 66 SAR is applied on selected items eligible for shipping to Saudi Arabia. Any taxes incurred from importing items into Saudi Arabia is the customer’s responsibility, such as VAT in Saudi Arabia.

Delays in Customer Response
Should a customer fail to respond to delivery requests, before, during, or after a delivery attempt is made the delivery time will reset.
The customer will be charged in full for the delivery attempt.
Customers with a failed delivery attempt on their order record will be asked to pay in full and in advance, and the cash-on-delivery option will be removed.
Repeated failure or rejection of orders will result in the black-listing of the customer from all future orders, until all past dues are paid in full.
